I was trying to decide whether or not to actually include this one, and then I realized it looks like one of the less interesting photos you might see on Nat Geo's Instagram feed, so I threw it in.
The terrifyingly long corridors didn't seem to have too many lights turned on. Surely an example of eco-friendly energy saving measure in China. I guess that's what you get for $40 for a night.
This is more of a documentary photo which excuses it from having any artistic value. That was our hotel.

A rare portrait of the artist. I read today that artists that display more narcissistic tendencies (i.e. lots of selfies or whatever their definition was) tend to be more valuable. The more selfies they have, the more money they make per photo. I don't make any money per photo, so maybe if I include my face, I will start making money.
